bridge the gap between fitness and healthcare
My philosophy dictates/guarantees/assures that my focus is on your experience. This isn’t an easy feat but it is possible. I am here to help bridge that gap. I do it everyday. I do it everyday by enabling my clients to see/experience for themselves what was once hidden from them. It is difficult to conceive what you are truly capable of when things feel broken. I know. I’ve been there. You may have been suffering for a long time but I am here to tell you that you don’t need to endure the pain for much longer. Allowing yourself to feel better is probably long overdue. You owe it to yourself, your family and your community to regain/reclaim control of your health.
You may have heard that if exercise could be packaged in a pill, it would be the single most widely prescribed and beneficial medicine. Whether we can agree on the validity of this statement isn’t the point. Regarding what we know about fitness, we know that those who move more often tend to live longer. We know that those who move well, tend to have a greater quality of life and those who develop remarkable cardiovascular fitness are better protected against cardiovascular diseases.

The industry was plagued by a few undesirable qualities so I decided to change that
- Trainers and coaches focus solely on their own little piece of pie, uninterested in the other very real aspects of their client’s health. Trainers don’t usually have the habit of communicating with other healthcare providers their clients might be seeing like a physiotherapist, osteopath, or any other.
- Trainers can be really good at serving their clients during a training session but fail to go the extra mile once the session is over.
- Trainer giving minimal support and expecting maximal devotion from clients.
So, I got to work! I wanted to see what typical people responded to, what made them move (figuratively and literally), what made them stick with the process even on an obstacle-ridden road, and what made them stick with me for years after having been with several trainers in the past, what makes someone completely trust their trainer, etc
