I look at more than the painful area. My work considers the whole system: movement, breathing, recovery, lifestyle, and how your body handles stress and load. I also bridge the gap after discharge, where many people relapse, by combining training, soft tissue work, education, mentorship, and collaboration with your other healthcare providers.
Age can be a factor to consider though we tend to make it a bigger limitation that it is.
Aging doesn’t have to mean decline. And you’re not fragile. You are WAY more adaptable than you've been made to feel.
Confidence doesn’t come from avoiding the pain. It comes from knowing you’re capable of moving through it.

For your 1-on-1 phase, neither! We live in the middle between the medical system and the fitness industry. You may not need to see a medical professional for your issues and you can't do the active and intense activities and exercise you want to do. We help you get back to the things you want to do that you didn't think were available to you anymore.
Physical therapy is great at getting you back to what we call your ADLs or activities of daily life. These are things like, going up and down the stairs, reaching overhead for a cup, bathing, driving, etc. and maybe a little more.
Getting you to live a life worth living and by YOUR standards take more. This is where we come in. This is where our expertise lies.
In other words, if nothing has worked so far, why assume another surface-level solution will?
If a fitness routine alone were enough, the fitness industry would have solved many of the ailments people are suffering from today.
Discipline is huge and will always get you further than the lack of it. That said, discipline can't make up for missing variables to the equation.
Our framework has provided real, tangible, lasting results.
It is a completely different approach than what most are used to and it works.
That's the goal AND I would take it s step further. We want you to do the things you once thought were out of reach and to become the type of person that does those things even before you get there.
There is no damage when we work hard. However, there are pain threshold we want to be aware of and regularly touch on. This is where our unique education comes in!
We teach you this exact concept at the BEGINNING of our work together. You will learn to be self-aware, know the signs to look out for, know how to tell and most important of all, know how to communicate it!
Nope. A fully independent, autonomous and knowledgeable you is embedded into our framework. After we're done, you will have understood the cause of your pain, you will know what to do when faced with a setback and you will have brought lasting changes to your habits and lifestyle. These elements are the foundation of a self-sufficient you.
